SKYXOPS Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how SKYXOPS CORP. (“SKYXOPS”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses and shares personal data about visitors to our website at www.skyxops.com (the “Website”), people who contact us or attend our events, business contacts of our customers, prospects and partners, and people who manage their organization’s account and billing with us.
Customer data in the SKYXOPS platform. When our customers use the SKYXOPS platform, we process data from their connected cloud and AI accounts (cloud and AI infrastructure metadata, infrastructure and AI costs, and infrastructure and usage metrics, from cloud provider billing data and logs and from connected source code repositories and delivery pipelines, which can include the user names, user identifiers and IP addresses that appear in that data), and the account details and activity logs of the users they authorize to use the platform, on their behalf, as their processor. We do not collect the content of their workloads, databases, storage or business records. That processing is governed by our agreements with those customers, including our Data Processing Agreement, and not by this Privacy Policy. If your personal data is in a customer’s account, please contact that customer.
1. Who we are
SKYXOPS CORP. is a Wyoming corporation. We are the controller of the personal data described in this Privacy Policy. Our related companies in India and the United Arab Emirates, SKYXOPS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED and SKYXOPS L.L.C-FZ, help us operate our business, as described in Section 4. Where you or your organization contract with one of those related companies, that company is also a controller of your account and billing data.

2. Personal data we collect
2.1 Data you give us.
a. Contact and inquiry data: name, business email address, phone number, company, job title and the content of your message when you fill in a form, request a demo or the Savings Report, or contact us.
b. Account data: name, business email address, company and role of the people who manage our relationship with a customer, which we use to manage the account relationship, billing and support. When a customer’s users log in to and use the SKYXOPS platform, we process their account details and activity logs on that customer’s behalf, as described in “Customer data in the SKYXOPS platform” above, and not under this Privacy Policy.
c. Billing data: billing contact details, purchase order numbers and payment records. We do not store full payment card numbers.
d. Event data: details you give us at conferences, webinars and trade shows, such as when your badge is scanned at our booth.
e. Partner data: business contact details of people who work for our resellers, managed service providers and referral partners.
2.2 Data we collect automatically. When you visit the Website, we collect device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring pages, and dates and times of visits. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies, as described in Section 8. Login and activity logs of platform users are processed on behalf of the customer, as described in Section 2.1(b).
2.3 Data from other sources. We collect business contact information about professionals who may be interested in our services from public sources and professional networks, such as LinkedIn, from business data providers, and from our partners and AWS when they refer you to us.
We do not intend to collect sensitive personal data, such as health data, government identification numbers or data about racial or ethnic origin, through the Website.

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us.
You are not required by law to give us personal data. If you do not provide the data we need to respond to you or to set up an account, we may not be able to do so. We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
4. How we share personal data
We share personal data only as follows:
a. Related companies: with SKYXOPS related companies in India and the United Arab Emirates that provide engineering, support, sales and administrative services to us.
b. Service providers: with providers that act on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, customer relationship management, email hosting and delivery, marketing automation, analytics, accounting and payment processing providers.
c. AWS Marketplace: with Amazon Web Services and our marketplace listing provider when you buy or evaluate our services through AWS Marketplace.
d. Partners: with a reseller, managed service provider or referral partner that introduced you to us or through which you buy our services.
e. Advisers and authorities: with our professional advisers, and with courts, regulators or law enforcement where required by law or to protect our rights.
f. Business transfers: with a buyer or successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of all or part of our business, subject to confidentiality obligations.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use advertising or retargeting pixels on the Website.
5. International transfers
We are based in the United States, and our related companies and service providers operate in the United States, India, the United Arab Emirates and other countries. When we transfer personal data from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland to a country that does not provide an adequate level of protection, we use the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, with the UK or Swiss addenda where relevant, or another lawful transfer mechanism. You can request a copy of the relevant safeguards by contacting us.
6. How long we keep personal data
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes in Section 3:
a. inquiry and marketing data: until you opt out, or for 3 years after our last interaction with you;
b. account and customer relationship data: for the duration of the relationship and up to 7 years after it ends, to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations; and
c. Website usage data: for up to 26 months.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights:
a. to access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
b. to correct inaccurate data;
c. to delete your data;
d. to restrict or object to our processing, including objecting at any time to direct marketing;
e. to receive your data in a portable format;
f. to withdraw consent where we rely on consent, without affecting processing that took place before withdrawal; and
g. to complain to a data protection authority, such as the authority in the country where you live or work.
US state privacy rights. Residents of certain US states may have rights to know, access, correct and delete their personal data, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data or targeted advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. You may use an authorized agent, and we may need to verify your identity and the agent’s authority.
India. If you are in India, you may request access to, correction of, and erasure of your personal data, may nominate another person to exercise your rights, and may raise a grievance with us using the contact details in Section 1.
United Arab Emirates. If you are in the United Arab Emirates, you may have rights to access, correct, restrict, object to and request deletion of your personal data under applicable UAE law.
To exercise your rights, contact us at privacy@skyxops.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request.
8. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the Website and platform to work. We also use Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors use the Website, and the HubSpot tracking code, provided by HubSpot, Inc., to manage inquiries and understand which pages lead to them. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, we set analytics and tracking cookies only with your consent through our cookie banner. Elsewhere, you can opt out through the cookie banner or your browser settings.
9. Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
Our Website and services are intended for businesses. They are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
11. Third-party links
The Website may link to third-party websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
12. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new “last updated” date and, if the changes are significant, we will give additional notice where the law requires it.
