SKYXOPS Privacy Policy

Issued by SKYXOPS CORP. · Version 1.0 · Effective 1 October 2026 · Last updated 1 October 2026

This is version 1.0, effective 1 October 2026. See the current version.

This Privacy Policy explains how SKYXOPS CORP. (“SKYXOPS”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses and shares personal data about visitors to our website at www.skyxops.com (the “Website”), people who contact us or attend our events, business contacts of our customers, prospects and partners, and people who manage their organization’s account and billing with us.

Customer data in the SKYXOPS platform. When our customers use the SKYXOPS platform, we process data from their connected cloud and AI accounts (cloud and AI infrastructure metadata, infrastructure and AI costs, and infrastructure and usage metrics, from cloud provider billing data and logs and from connected source code repositories and delivery pipelines, which can include the user names, user identifiers and IP addresses that appear in that data), and the account details and activity logs of the users they authorize to use the platform, on their behalf, as their processor. We do not collect the content of their workloads, databases, storage or business records. That processing is governed by our agreements with those customers, including our Data Processing Agreement, and not by this Privacy Policy. If your personal data is in a customer’s account, please contact that customer.
